Scott Kotick is the Executive Vice President and a co-founder of Alliant and has been involved with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit since 1987. Mr. Kotick is responsible for identifying, structuring and acquiring properties. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Kotick was the Director of Acquisitions for a nationally recognized tax credit syndication firm. From 1987 to 1991, Mr. Kotick was the Director of Acquisitions for M.P.I. Inc., a private multi-family firm in Beverly Hills, California. From 1976 to 1986, he was involved in the real estate consulting and tax consulting fields, including the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen. He is a frequent speaker for various national affordable housing seminars and conferences. Mr. Kotick received his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
